3. Place the idol or image of Lord Vishnu on the platform and decorate it with flowers, garlands, and sandalwood paste.
4. Light a diya or lamp and incense sticks in front of the idol.
5. Offer water, milk, honey, and tulsi leaves to the idol as a form of abhishekam.
6. Chant the Vishnu Sahasranama or any other Vishnu stotra of your choice.
7. Offer fruits, sweets, and other vegetarian food items to the deity as prasad.
8. Recite the Apara Ekadashi vrat katha or the story of Apara Ekadashi.
