How to Observe Ekadashi Fast:
- Wake up before sunrise and take a bath.
- Clean the home and altar area, and offer yellow flowers to Lord Vishnu.
- Avoid grains, rice, and beans throughout the day.
- Chant Vishnu Sahasranama or any Vishnu mantra.
- Listen or read the Ekadashi Katha of the day.
- Break the fast (Parana) the next day after the prescribed time with light sattvic food.
